The petitioner prays as follows:-

3. The petitioner has no independent income sufficient for his/her support and the necessary expenses of the proceeding. The respondent has not made any provision for the petitioner's maintenance.

The petitioners submits that having regard to the respondent's own income and his/her property and having regard to the conduct of the respondent and the petitioner, a sum of pay ₹………../- per month as and by way of maintenance and support is the just and proper amount for the maintenance and support of the petitioner.

PRAYER
